Availability Update as at 09 Dec 2018

It has been a bit of a hectic week trying to confirm all of the bookings since the 2021 calendar opened last weekend.  I have had a few new ones, a few swopsies, and I am still waiting for 3 confirmations as a result of illness or people being on holiday but I am confident that they are serious bookings.

I have even had one chap who did not respond to any communication to confirm his booking after having secured one of the prime weeks of the season, the 1st of May !!

The availability as at today now stands as:

Fully booked

The 31st of October only  (the last week of the season)

March:  the 27th only.  (the first week of the season)

April:  the 3rd only

May:  the 1st only

June:  the 26th only

July:   the 10th and the 17th

August:   the 7th, the 14th and the 21st

September:  Fully booked

October: the 2nd, the 9th, the 16th, the 23rd, and the 30th (the last week of the season)

If anyone requires further information on any of the dates available please do not hesitate to get in touch.

hi Tony, Just to let you know had a chat with John Hayer and we was thinking of riding down to see you both again some time on the second half of April 2019, John said he will contact you after christmas to sort things out. Merry Christmas to you both and hope to catch up with you both next year, Barry Yeatman

Hi Barry, sorry for the delay but I have only just come across this. You guys are more than welcome but do remember that our facilities are very limited. You were lucky last time when Rod let you use the Gite but I have just had a look at who is here this year and there is not a single group in april or may who will not be using the gite on a full time basis. The best time for you guys to come will be between the 29th of May and the 10th of June, the gite will be empty then and the weather will be better. Failing that you will end up in the barn.
